Spiced Baked Potatoes

There’s nothing better than homemade potato wedges—golden, crispy, and packed with flavor! These oven-baked spiced potatoes are easy to make and infused with aromatic herbs and spices, offering a delicious and healthier alternative to classic fries. Ingredients:

  • Potatoes
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Paprika
  • Garlic powder
  • Oregano
  • Rosemary
  • Olive oil
Preparation method:

Start by peeling the potatoes, then wash them thoroughly under cold water before cutting them into wedges to achieve thick, evenly sized potatoes. Place them in a large mixing bowl.

Drizzle with olive oil, then season with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, oregano, and rosemary. Mix well using your hands or a spatula to evenly coat each piece.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Arrange the potato wedges on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, making sure to space them out so they crisp up evenly.

Bake for about 35 to 40 minutes, flipping the potatoes halfway through to ensure they become golden and crispy on all sides.

Once out of the oven, serve immediately with a dipping sauce of your choice.
