Ingredients: 3 eggs 160g brown sugar 150g flour 8g of baking powder 160g salted butter 150g dark chocolate Chocolate chips (optional) Decoration:  Melted chocolate Preparation methode : Start by melting the dark chocolate and butter in a bain-marie. While it cools, whisk the eggs with the brown sugar until fluffy. Add the melted chocolate mixture, then incorporate the flour and baking powder. Pour the batter into a greased pan and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 35-40 minutes. Once cooled, drizzle with melted chocolate for a chic finish.
