Whether for a quick snack, a casual dinner, or a fun party appetizer, these golden bites will be a hit every time!
Ingredients:
- 500g ground beef
- 1 large onion
- 1 grated carrot
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Paprika
- Garlic powder
- Smoked spice (optional)
- Italian seasoning (optional)
- Mayonnaise
- Cheese
- Taco bread
Take the taco breads and cut each one in half. Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on each half, then place a portion of the filling in the center. Sprinkle with grated cheese to taste. Fold the rounded side of the bread inward, then fold the sides to enclose the filling and form a rectangular brick shape.
Repeat the process with all the taco bread halves.
Heat a little oil in a pan and place the taco bricks in it. Cook over medium heat until golden and crispy on all sides.
Serve hot with a sauce of your choice.
