Ingredients:- 500g chicken breast
- 1 large onion
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- 2 tomatoes
- Mayonnaise
- Tortilla wraps
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Mexican spice mix (optional)
In the meantime, peel the onion and slice it thinly. Wash the bell peppers, remove the seeds, and cut them into strips. Heat a pan over medium heat with a drizzle of oil, add the onions and bell peppers, and season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Sauté until the vegetables become tender and slightly golden. Once cooked, remove them from the pan and set them aside in a bowl.
