Ingredients:
- 200g chicken
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 small carrot, grated
- Fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 500ml cooking cream
- 700ml water
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Ginger, to taste
In a saucepan, melt a tablespoon of butter, then add the finely chopped onion and sauté until it becomes translucent. Add the chicken cut into small pieces and cook it lightly while stirring regularly. Add the grated carrot and sliced mushrooms, then season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of ginger.
Sprinkle the flour over the mixture, stir well to coat the ingredients, and gradually pour in the water while stirring to avoid lumps. Let it simmer over medium heat until the soup thickens slightly. Remove the chicken pieces and set them aside.
Add the cooking cream to the soup and let it cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Blend the soup to achieve a smooth and creamy texture, including the mushrooms and carrots.
