Ingredients:
- 250g of rice
- 400g of chicken breast
- 1 onion
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- Pepper
- Salt
- Ginger
- Smoked paprika
- Garlic powder
- Smoked spices (optional)
- 2 tbsp of soy sauce
In a pan, heat a little oil and add the onion. Cook over medium heat until it becomes translucent.
