Indulge in a bite-sized taste of luxury with these Dubai-inspired mini chocolates! Crispy layers of golden kunafa meet the rich creaminess of white chocolate and pistachio, all encased in a smooth milk chocolate shell. Perfectly crafted for a melt-in-your-mouth experience, these treats are as irresistible as they are elegant.
Ingredients:
- 100g of kunafa
- 40g of butter
- 240g of milk chocolate
- 120g of white chocolate
- 140g of pistachio paste
In a double boiler, melt the white chocolate. Once melted, mix in the pistachio paste until you achieve a smooth mixture. In a bowl, combine this white chocolate-pistachio mixture with the crispy kunafa. Set this filling aside.
To temper the milk chocolate, start by melting 80g of it over a double boiler. Remove from heat and add the remaining 160g of milk chocolate, finely chopped, stirring until smooth and glossy.
Using a spoon, coat the bottom and sides of mini silicone molds with the tempered milk chocolate, then place them in the freezer for 30 minutes to set. Once firm, remove the molds and add the konafa-pistachio filling to fill the center of each mold. Cover with a final layer of milk chocolate to seal the chocolates.
Place in the freezer for another 30 minutes. Your Dubai-style mini chocolates are now ready to enjoy, with a delightful crispy, flavorful filling.
