Ingredients:


  • 40g rolled oats
  • 1 orange
  • 2 dates
  • 1 apple
  • Honey
  • Cinnamon
  • Unsweetened yogurt (optional, feel free to use your preferred type)

Preparation Method:

Start by cooking the rolled oats in water over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the oats have absorbed the water and reached a creamy consistency. Once cooked, transfer the oats to a bowl and mix them with the unsweetened yogurt, ensuring everything is well combined.

Next, peel and slice the orange into rounds. Sprinkle cinnamon generously over the orange slices and set them aside. Cut the apple into small cubes and slice the dates into thin strips.

Arrange the orange slices on top of the oat mixture, followed by the apple cubes and date strips. Finally, drizzle honey over the entire bowl, making sure to evenly coat all the ingredients.
