- 300g ground beef
- Seasoning for the ground beef: 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon cumin, 1 teaspoon ginger, 1 teaspoon paprika, freshly chopped parsley, 1 grated onion

- 1 yellow bell pepper, diced
