Ingredients:

  • 400g green and black grapes
  • 4 oranges
  • 1 banana

Preparation Method:



Start by thoroughly washing the grapes, then blend them in a blender. Strain the mixture to remove the seeds and skins, keeping only the grape juice. Rinse the blender bowl well to remove any residue, then pour the strained grape juice back into the blender. Add the juice from the 4 oranges and the banana. Blend again until you achieve a smooth and creamy juice. Serve this healthy, naturally sweetened juice chilled.
