Ingredients:
For the Dough:
- 300g flour
- 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Warm water (as needed)
For the Toppings:
- 2 onions, sliced
- 180g mushrooms, sliced
- 200g chicken breast
- Salt and pepper to taste
- White sauce (see below)
- Cheese
For the White Sauce:
- 300ml milk
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Salt, pepper, and a pinch of nutmeg
For the Chicken Marinade:
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- Juice of half a lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Ground ginger
- Garlic powder
Method of Preparation:
Preparing the Dough:
In a large bowl, mix the flour, baker's yeast, oregano, salt, and sugar. Gradually add warm water while mixing until you achieve a homogeneous dough. Once the mixture is well combined, brush the dough with olive oil, cover the bowl with a clean towel, and let it rest in a warm place for just 30 minutes until it slightly rises.Preparing the Chicken Marinade:
In a bowl, combine the mustard, lemon juice, salt, pepper, ground ginger, and garlic powder. Cut the chicken breast into pieces and coat them with this marinade. Let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.Preparing the White Sauce:
