2 onions- 2 tomatoes
- 3 or 4 garlic cloves
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 can of mushrooms
- Green olives
- Shrimp
- Coriander
- Parsley
- Soy sauce
- 1 can of cooking cream
- Olive oil
- Sunflower oil
- Black pepper
- Paprika
- Salt
Preparation Method:
First, season the fish with a bit of salt and pepper.
In a saucepan, grate the onions, garlic cloves, and tomatoes. Chop the coriander and parsley, then dice the bell peppers into small squares and add them to the mixture. Add a tablespoon of fish soy sauce, a bit of olive oil and sunflower oil, and season with pepper, paprika, and salt. Cook the mixture until everything is tender.
Once the filling is ready, add the cooking cream, some sliced green olives, shrimp, and the can of mushrooms. Mix all the ingredients well.
Place the fish on a baking tray and stuff it with the filling, covering it completely.
Add a bit of water to the tray, then bake in a preheated oven at 250°C (482°F) for about an hour. Be careful not to overcook the top layer of the fish and the filling. Add water to the tray as needed to ensure the fish and filling are fully cooked.
Enjoy! 😊
