For the cake:
- 1 packet of Petit Beurre biscuits
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1/2 cup of oil
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 8g of baking powder
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
For the decoration:
- 2 1/2 cups of milk
- 3 tablespoons of flour
- 1 tablespoon of orange blossom water
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- Chocolate
Preparation Method:
First, preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and finely blend the packet of biscuits using a mixer.
In a mixing bowl, combine the blended biscuits with the eggs, milk, oil, sugar, vanilla sugar, and baking powder. Beat all the ingredients vigorously using an electric or manual whisk. Pour the mixture into a well-greased cake mold and bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
Once your biscuit cake is ready, you can move on to the decoration. In a saucepan, combine the milk, flour, sugar, and orange blossom water. Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly with a spoon until the cream thickens. Decorate your cake with the cream as desired.
Then, melt some pieces of chocolate in a double boiler with a tablespoon of oil. Once the chocolate is melted, you can use it to add a second layer of decoration.
Enjoy! 😊
