
- 2 large eggs
- 100g of sugar
- 12cl of oil
- 100g of cornstarch (Maizena)
- 230g of flour
- 4g of baking powder
- 3 packets of vanilla sugar

Preparation Method:
In a mixing bowl, combine the eggs, flour, cornstarch, baking powder, oil, vanilla sugar, and sugar. Mix until you obtain a very soft, slightly sticky dough.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut out the shapes you desire. For crispy biscuits, roll the dough very thinly. If you prefer softer biscuits, roll the dough to a thickness of about 3mm (as the biscuits will rise during baking).
Bake the biscuits at 170°C (340°F) for about 13 minutes. The biscuits should be golden on the bottom and almost white on top unless you prefer them crispier.
Once the biscuits are ready, heat the jam for about 5 minutes until it thickens. Place 1/2 teaspoon of hot jam on the warm biscuits.
